COMMENCEMENT MURAL 2022

This mural, painted on a 5'x10' roll-up canvas, was created for Northeastern's Cap & Gown pickup event for graduating seniors. The mural was used as a photo backdrop for students to take pictures with and celebrate their time at Northeastern. The Mural features university motifs such as the husky school mascot, and the "N" Northeastern logo. The circles placed at the top of the mural contain symbols that represent each of Northeastern's 7 colleges. The mural features the Latin phrase "Ad Astra Per Aspera," which translates to "Through hardships to the stars," as a tribute to the hard work of graduating students through the COVID-19 pandemic.
